Clowns in the office havent answered the phone in months. Literally. Yet when i walk down there there is someone sitting in there playing computer games doing nothing. Hope this group goes bankrupt and fast. You couldnt do worse than westernwealth.

if you do anything - LOOK ELSEWHERE. I have been a resident of this place for 3 years now, and up until the last year and especially the last few months, have been having repeat issues, lack of management and ownership, and it has become a non-livable environment. Management was great when I moved in - but as they got passed around from management company to management company, the most recent is the worst of the worst. Whether it be: - the water issues (pipes are broken all the time, water leakage and muddy ground, no hot water for hours or days) - poor internet availability (only Cox available, techs have come out and recommended we move to have better performance. the wiring is so old and management refuses to upgrade and address it despite it being the only internet available for people here) - pest problem (i know that bugs come out in the summer, but with all the water issues and nobody taking care of this place, the gnats and flies are EVERYWHERE - INCLUDING YOUR HOME. i have filled up multiple fly traps over the course of 1 week) - no management available (seemingly closing early, never there when i come by, never returns voicemails), - MAJOR delay on maintenance (2 weeks without a dryer now, but when i finally leave an emergency call about it, fed up, they are here within a hour (i shouldnt have to make it emergency)) I will update this review after I finally get time with the property manager, either to address my pain point, find out how I can move out early, or stomach it and add onto this in September when my lease will be FINALLY up. until anything changes, my word stays - DO NOT MOVE HERE

I have GREAT concerns and I have not even signed my lease yet, already paid rental insurance up front and connected service. I never got a call to even tell me I was approved. Never received email reply from anyone not the manager nobody! Showed up to ask to see unit MOVE IN DATE WAS 2/12 came two days before was advised unit was not ready and I could not see it it is now 2/18 moving date is tomorrow. I have called 7 times yesterday and 3 times today. Sent email yesterday and still no response. Please can someone call me! I don't even know what to do at this point. Highly concerned and disappointed. I GUESS I SHOULD HAVE LOOKED AT REVIEWS BEFORE 3 STAR

My roommates and I had lived at Serafina for almost 3 years; when we first arrived we were very pleased with how friendly the staff was, how nice the complex layout was, and how secluded we were from the main roads. Not long after we moved in the complex was sold to another management company and the changes began. The new management team re-painted all the buildings and doors, and pretty much re-branded Serafina as "luxury living at its finest." New signage was put up to show how luxurious all our lives would now be; with a 24hr package pickup service, a newly remodeled office and pool area, as well as some "upgraded" 1-2 bedrooms. This signage represented a less than-honest-solicitation to any new apartment tenants. Our apartment was never updated/upgraded, so I am not sure if this was meant for all tenants that lived here (it may have just been the model apartment that they use to show people how luxurious their accommodations would be down the road?). I am not going to go into ALL of the issues and concerns we experienced during our lease but I will show the top reasons why we are no longer occupants here: 1.) The kids downstairs and behind us would scream, bang, and terrorize each other for hours every day and night (like up until 3AM partying with music cranked all the way up); the office would sometimes call and ask them to be mindful, however the police would often be involved sadly. 2.) The water pressure in the pipes was so loud every time you would turn on the water the walls start to rattle (the plumping goes out so often and you never know when you can take a shower, it can be shut off all day long for repairs). 3.) The parking lot was updated to cram as many cars in as possible; they re-painted the parking lot lines and made it so you have to park less than a foot away from each other; there are hardly any available spaces either, so you are always praying to find a place to park when you get home. 4.) The complex is literally against the freeway, so you will hear traffic all night long (the other side is connected to a street that has the most traffic all day long); we would often count how many cars would race down the street, the average is about 5-10 in a 5min window continuously day and night. 5.) No response from management/staff (You call for any problem/issue and they will ensure you will get a call back ASAP…than nothing happens) I remember trying to update our lease so we could add another tenant, we paid the $50 application fee last Nov. 2019 and never heard back. We waited months, calling every week and never got a response letting us know they were added successfully. 6.) The package delivery is a nightmare; Amazon, USPS, and UPS will just drop off the packages in the office, then you need to wait for someone in the office to open the lockers (Even if you put "leave at apartment front door" as your delivery preference, once the delivery company sees that Serafina has a package locker room they do not make any attempt to follow directions, and you will be at the mercy of the office staff to retrieve your items. 7.) There is not an ounce of luxury at this apartment complex; people do not pick up after themselves and often just toss their trash anywhere as long as it's somewhat near the trashcans (Furniture, dirty diapers, food, broken glass, all line the side and front of the trash cans for weeks at a time). 8.) We decided it was best to not renew, especially since we put up with all of these challenges for almost 3 years…as we were getting ready to give the office our notice we got a notification that a "new management company" was taking over…again! In Summary, really research this place; the staff is friendly to your face but once you sign those papers you are on your own. I don't want to tell you how to live your life, if you like this place maybe your experience will be a better one; however if you want some peace and sanity you might want to keep looking!
