My roommate and I had issues from the very beginning. We actually ended up with a completely different unit than the one we thought we were getting. We chose to stick with that one since we didn’t want to deal with the hassle of waiting for the one we wanted to become available. Upon moving in, the unit wasn’t cleaned very well, and all of the outlets (aside from one) in my room didn’t work. It took almost 3 weeks (and several maintenance requests) for maintenance to come in and fix it properly. The summer was beyond brutal because the a/c was running, but the air wasn’t circulating throughout the apt. We had multiple fans blowing air constantly. Another issue we dealt with was our dryer breaking down. It took them several MONTHS to fix it. They did however, deduct the amount that we pay for a washer inside the unit. During this period of not having a working dryer, we came to find out that they had multiple maintenance workers up and quit, along with several people in management. It doesn’t look very good to people when an apt complex can’t keep their employees. Overall, not a great place to live. Hopefully the new owners can make things better. This place was overly priced for how outdated it is. We paid for the great location, that’s it. Good luck to future residents.

Leasing office people, very nice and helpful upon move in good energy from them. However when we walked in to check our apartment as we had just signed the lease two ladies were cleaning it and one was completely barefoot with super dirty feet walking all over our apartment. Disgusting. They need to be fired ASAP.

I lived at Arcadia Walk for almost a year - I got out of my lease early this past February due to roach infestations that …Kaelah Fordyce, we're disappointed to hear of the negative experience you had at our location. Your issue was unique, as there were COVID related challenges to resolving it quickly. The issue in the building has been resolved, it is unfortunate that it could not be resolved while you were still there. I currently live here and I’m very disappointed that I was not told that they have complete control over the AC / Heating in every unit before I moved in. Had I known this I wouldn’t have moved in. Everyone one is different and should be …Jeremy, I would love to have a conversation about your concerns. We follow established guidelines regarding outdoor temperatures, and have to balance the warm afternoons with the overnight lows that are still in the 40s.
