Horrible place. I have been calling for months for my child to gets services and no one calls me back and when I call the person on the phone has a Horrible attitude. This place needs to do better I need to know we're to file a complain because it is really bad how they treat me when I ask for help for my child

This place has a great staff. Their process, need work. Example: during documented cases of covid, we were given smoke breaks but no cigarettes. 10 fiends with 2 cigarettes, we were begging covid for a drag. There was one man who gave his own cigarettes out by hand, to those lucky enough to grace his presence. Every weekday 930 PM break and the following day 6 AM time. Thank you so much General. I salute you. You lit up my smoke & those dark days. Thank you.

Choose another testing center if you can - drive thru testing if possible. I made an appointment at 4211 Avalon Blvd for COVID testing. The hospital's security guards made myself and everyone with appointments wait in line with people who were here for walk-in COVID testing or vaccination. Don't bother setting an appointment. Chances are you will be treated the same as people without an appointment. Also, In the waiting line, some people did not have their noses covered with their masks. I had to wait 3 hours in line while getting hit by the rain. When it was my turn to test, there were around 10 people with likely COVID close distance from one another without masks in the testing area. Some potential carriers were coughing/sneezing without mask due to nose irritation from cotton swab PCR test. After visiting this place, I got the impression that this place is more concerned with profit over wellbeing of community and patients. I became more sick after I visited this testing center. Choose another testing center if you can - drive thru testing if possible. I have submitted a complaint with with LA County public health about my concerns.

Just completed my second dose at Kedren Health Center. Parking is a challenge but the Medical Staff, Registration, Security, and Crowd Control Staff were very professional and welcoming. I am a Health Care Professional and was very impressed with the infection control protocols that were closely adhered to when administering the vaccine. My husband and I found the process organized and expedient. Good Job Kedren!

Just show up at Kedren with your vaccination card on the exact date written on the back and they will give you your second dose.
I did not have a choice - they just assigned to you.
I work at Kedren - if you return on the day of, you will be able to skip the standby line and go straight to the appointment/walk-in line. If you don't have an appointment, you'll just have to fill out a form and medical questionnaire before you get your shot.
No will refer to county for treatment
I don't receive my covid 19 test
Can we have an answer to this question? We are on the same boat.
hi u don't necessarily need to make an appointment for 2nd dose the day of just come in from 8:00am-4pm ,yes i work here
Kedren.org/donate
I'm in the same boat but I am in a place that takes care of that for me so the simple answer is I don't know
You can come here they give you the sheet with your results
No, only Monday through Friday, close at 4pm
The place of where you went and got the vaccinations should be able to help you get a new replacement card you have to talk to someone there
That's okay! Pls go ahead.
No charges
It usually takes 3days but you can get it within 12 to 24hrs
Hi Kitty. My name is Gary. Try contacting Catlyn in the primary care clinic, or Norma in the office. They have both been extremely helpful with any issues I have experienced in the past.
Yes. Walk-in is welcome.
No. Not assigning now. Kedren follows CDC guidelines which means the pause on J&J is in effect until the CDC will issue further instructions, hopefully in another week.
About evening: I think the appointments last until 4pm. Then if there are still people waiting in line (even without appointments), they will not be turned away. I wouldn't want to risk coming after 4pm because if the line is short at that time and might not have any more people joining in and the gate will be closed at that time for the evening. If you join the line before 4pm, it doesn’t matter how late the evening is, how long the line is, you will get your vaccine.
Unfortunately there is no parking available in the facility, you should park your vehicle two or three blocks away then walk or take an UBER.
Both brands are plentiful in Kedren. However, it seems that they are randomly assigned by registration desk so it's important to tell registration people of your request. It does no good to request your brand over the phone because that is not registration department.
Appointments (including second shot) are now centralized by the state at myturn.ca.gov . You are welcome to walk in at Kedren if you don't like that method.
No, not "only". Kedren offers both first and second doses.
Yes, there is a smaller secondary site under Kedren health where they are administering vaccines as well
Nooo.
Myturn.ca.gov
I think they start at 8:00 am
Walk-up
You are correct for 4/8 for Moderna 28 days return date. You can try to call for appointment or just walk-in on 4/8. There's a grace window of up to 42 days if you can't get it precisely at 28 days.
Mon-Fri
Kedren is using Moderna.
Yes, with an appointment.
yes
Anyone who is a senior with an appointment can get a vaccine at Kedren.
yes
Hello! You can go as walk in. Make sure to take your vaccine card to get in :)
You are to make an appointment anywhere that has availability, if you cannot find any, you show up with your card and ID at Kedren on your due date.
You show up with your vaccine card showing the date and ID.
I was told by my sister that you have to make an appointment but I seen people walk -in when I went last time
Took me 2 hours on line to get mine
Yes
They should be shut down permanently... this place is a nightmare, the nurses openly complain about having to look after patients, and they give adults AND children "shots" to knock them out if they're being a problem. Several long time patients purposely act up and beg for a "shot" just so they can be drugged up and not have to think about where they are..
The Avalon location walk in hours are 9-2pm for children. 8-2 for adults
If you read my review, it will answer that question. My treatment from ACTUAL doctors and caseworkers was 1 on 1, but there were a LOT of different people doing this, and all of your individual sessions are extremely short because they are more concerned you participate in ridiculous "group time" therapy that has no helpful benefits other than to keep the patients occupied as much as possible. On NUMEROUS occasions nurses and doctors both told me that I wouldn't be there long, simply because I'm able to understand what reality is... this place is basically a long term adult daycare for people who don't live on or understand the concept of reality. You'll be spending more time doing arts and crafts than getting any form of actual counseling. My review is no exaggeration of the living conditions they provide, or how the nurses complain about having to do their job (look after you) WHILE being right in front of you. I'm actually worse than I was prior to going in to this place.
