At First it was great Anaheim branch was giving me lots of opportunities to grow within the company. Account got transferred to LOS branch and it was very unprofessional managers running the branch. All mangers got either dismissed or transferred for some shady stuff. Got new managers and reps. Same story as before they did a horrible job at looking out for the guards out on the field. My account that I supervised got lost due to the pandemic budgeting and they were low balling me for a Post supervisor position. It was about 13 dollars that they were trying to give me for dealing with their guards that they were hiring that were certainly not professional for the job. They never gave me the option to get the same pay or even better pay because I was seeing other accounts paying way more than what I was being paid for that old account. They are all FAKE and trick you into a low paid job.

Scheduled video interview but she never showed up and recruiter set up another interview and still doesnt show up in interview room the next day.. Call recruiter again and they say she's running late and will give me a call and still haven't heard anything.. How are yall setting up interviews and not showing up or contacting to let the person know what going on?! This is sooo UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I give a 3 because when I first applied Jose or Javier whatever his name was didn't hire me I had all the qualifications I just felt as if he didn't like people with tattoos I felt discriminated against when he interviewed me....So several months later I reapplied...the lady that interviewed me was very polite she didn't seem to care about my tattoos she hired me on the Spot we had a good 10-15 minute interview while the other dude didn't spend five

Not the Worst... but Defintely deserves A BAD REVIEW. Bad Communication, Terrible Acct Managers. Wilshire/La Office atmosphere Its like a Bunch of headless Chickens running around a coop. No one is aware of the next persons decisions, so everyone is sleeping on each others toe at the expense of the employees. Offers of non existing sites/Post. A LOT OF FALSE PRETENSES GOING ON. WISH THE OWNER OR CEO WOULD STEP IN. OR BRING IN QUALIFIED ACCT REPS.
