I placed an order for more than $50 for free shipping. Four days later they email me that an item is out of stock and they are charging me $19 for shipping. I emailed to resolve this and they told me they do not offer free shipping (even though my email confirmation shows free shipping). Joia made no effort to provide strong customer service. I asked for my order to be cancelled and they said they would. Then, they call me back to ask why I am cancelling the order (even though I explained why). Terrible customer service. I asked for my account to be deleted.

A little pricy for wholesale but great selection. Three floors of merchandise. Top floor is bags. Very neat and staff is helpful. Quality is also very good.

Attempted to go to Joia Accessories back in October. The short lady taking the temperature at the door was very rude. I gave her my out of state vendors license and she told me she did not think that my states vendors license looked like that. She attempted to ask another employee that was ringing out a customer and they stated they were not sure. She would not let me in, telling me to move. I told her I can even show her that I order on fashion go and you have to have a license. I came all the way across the country to come to the Fashion District, why wouldn'tI be prepared. It ended up being ok, because other stores took my licenses with no problem and I met some great vendors.
