Where do I even begin..by far the worst apartment I've lived in. This was move in ready and we were denied a tour of the actual apartment. So we crossed our fingers and got a terrible place. Homeless contantly taking my personal parking spot. (Tow truck never shows up to remove vehicles) Playground has wooden boards and nails sticking out with it covered in graffiti. You're forced to pay $10 a month for a public Laundry room that I don't use with half the machines broken. AC unit has broken twice now and when it rains the ceiling leaks and the flooring floods and makes water pockets ruining the floors. Maintenance grabbed a towel and called it good. 👍 yeah okay Constantly get mail from 4 different people who don't live with me, and yes I've told the mailman several times already. Lots of stray animals and people throw food out for them causing massive amounts of ants and roaches absolutely everywhere and I mean roaches everywhere. I spend $30 a month on raid alone and yet they have a " roach sevice" Over populated with cars and people so parking inside the apartment complex is always an issue, I have to park outside the complex most days after 5pm. I do not recommend this place for $1400 a month.. this place can do better but hey it's your choice come join this lovely community.

Maintenance takes weeks to fix anything and when they do fix it they don’t do it correctly. Management does not help when you ask. Always demands more money to get anything done. They messed up the calculations for rent and then charge more after a few weeks.

Love how as soon as you step in the office it’s nothing but great vibes always in a great mood always being so comprehensive so friendly, all the lady’s from the office are so sweet the lady in the front desk she’s always happy smiling always helping me out with stuff I need from either the office or any questions I have she gladly answers them to me

1st, U gotta call 5-0 an complain & THEN have them come out & make a report, THENN U gotta complain 2 the office THENN they will ask for a report, which U'll get charged by 5-0 to get, then U turn it in2 the management office there, THENNNNnn they tell U they will address it and let I kno & next time U gna hear from them, is when Ur rent come up L8T

This is google guides... its best to call the complex office for the most accurate information...
H20 issues (ie: flooding, leaks & lack of) A/C issues (any smoke coming from unit, lack of cool air w/ unit turned on, any H20 leaks from unit) And obviously Ur unit having any kinda 🔥, break-ins or outer damage 2 Ur unit.
