I've been living here at Solaire for the last year and a half & have enjoyed my apartment very much. Full size washer & dryer, private patio, nice neighbors and prompt office & maintenance help. I absolutely recommend! PS. Dangerously too close to Starbucks!

I lived here with a roommate on a 2nd floor 2 bedroom during Fall 2015 to summer 2016. It was affordable and had a nice pool but be prepared to hear everything your neighbors do. We could hear everything our downstairs neighbors did. All their fighting, their tv. Parking was ok and had places like Starbucks you could walk to. I could never relax though as the walls and floors were so thin it felt like we were living with our downstairs neighbors. It was pretty spacious but overall wouldn’t go back.
