I no longer recommend Tempe Station as a place to live. Recently rent has increased and service has gone downhill. The online billing system never functions as planned and residents are routinely over charged. This month our bill was 3X what it should’ve been. The only answer from the office is that they have no authority and we need to speak to a manger. They just say ‘the portal will update on the 1st’ but also the bill is also due on the 1st. Managers do not work weekends nor return calls. If you work all week or are out of state DO NOT EXPECT an easy rent payment. Sometimes they have no answer for what amount is due. We have had multiple interactions with the office staff and recent conversations have been downright impolite and rude. The old management company was much better and recent renovations DO NOT justify price increases and declining service.

Whatever issue you need help with, the response will be that they will look into it and let you know. They will never call back, and seem oddly taken back when you inevitably have to hound them for information. Management in particular should not be in any line of work that has to deal with people.

Really cannot stand the rude office staff. The jacuzzi looks like a cess pool and the fireplace never works. Clean the amenities! The dog trash cans are always overfilled and with the heat it smells so bad. I've been a resident here off and on for a few years and I'd definitely say this is the worst management. Leo is so rude. They never cleaned our carpet which they promised when renewing the lease.

When my boyfriend and myself moved in back in August, it was a MESS!! Our move in date kept getting pushed back and then on moving day they called us to move it back 5 hours. When we moved in the apartment was a wreck. It looked like maintance came in and did a fast job, fixing half of the stuff. The first month we lived there, we had a overflowing black clogged sink, a leaky facet, broken AC, and the list could go on. Right as we moved in they hired a new maintaince supervisor, Robert I think his name is, and he came in and fixed everything personally. He then had a meeting with his maintance team and showed them pictures of our apartment and made sure it didn't happen to anyone else. Come October 2021, things took a great turn. Anytime we had a maintance request, it was fixed same day or next day early. They got Amazon Hub Lockers, repainted their parking lots, hired some new people in the front office, and started community food truck events. Things were looking great!! Then recently our apartment started to have many issues. The first issue i have with Tempe Station is because when you do have maintance requests they don't always follow up with you to tell you what the issue was or how they fixed it, they will just mark it complete and fix it. 2 is the price. We live in a 2 bed 2 bath not upgraded, and the price is a little high, but that's what you get when you live in a college town. 3 is because the company they use for utilities wasn't charging residents for 6 months, so now that they are we are having to back pay. That is causing us to spend an extra $100 a month, when it wasn't our fault. 4 they just replaced our ac 2 weeks ago, and it’s leaking AGAIN.
