Just poor communication and the manager not being on the same page or working with clients. The other staff members are friendly but doesn’t fix the broken communication. If you don’t meet her standards she’s unwilling to look into debt to income calculations to determine if you can afford an apartment or to even communicate with the client directly. HUGE WASTE OF TIME… don’t own a car or have any major bills, make $18/hr (fulltime work) while being a fulltime graduate student with a co-signer who makes $84,000 salary and still can’t get approved for the smallest studio.

I have lived at Studio 710 for almost a year now, and I just renewed my lease for another year. This is truly a wonderful place to live, especially for the price point. Management and the front office staff are a delight to work with, and the maintenance team here is truly the best! They are super friendly, and everyday you’ll see them working on projects around the complex and/or picking up trash/dog waste to keep the community looking its best. The units themselves are beautifully renovated, and the larger studio feels more like a 1-bedroom. The amenities are also great. My pup loves the dog park and has made a few friends there. The surrounding area isn’t the greatest, so I absolutely love that there is a track to walk on, safely tucked into the middle of the complex. I also use the gym, which has everything you’ll need for a great workout, and is always spotlessly clean. Another huge bonus of living here is the ample parking. Having lived at apartments where parking was a huge pain, I am so thankful that I never have trouble finding a spot right near my unit, no matter how late I get home. The only downside has been the (very few) roaches I’ve encountered. Even then, that has nothing to do with the complex and everything to do with living in Arizona. If you keep your drains covered, especially during the warmest months, they aren’t a problem. Overall, I can’t recommend Studio 710 enough. It has been the best place I’ve lived. Emma, the front office staff, and the maintenance team deserve another shout out for being so awesome! If you choose Studio 710 as your home, you won’t regret it.

Management has really gone downhill this past year. I've lived here for over 2 years without missing a single days rent and all they seem to do nowadays is threaten eviction or fine, instead of talking to me first about problems they think they have. Plus their "Security Service" they provide is a joke. They patrol around the complex like once a week with super bright, flashing, yellow lights for a few hours and leave... I've had things stolen out of cars overnight while living here multiple times. Including while they had this security service.

I just wanted to update my review. I decided to give this place another chance after looking online and seeing they’ve done renovations and are under new management since the last time I lived here. The last time I lived here I was on the second floor with no issues. I had to move units due to a personal matter and didn’t have great luck with my unit on the first floor. My time in the second floor I experienced nothing but quiet and no bugs. First floor in a completely different unit was extremely loud due to the neighbors and would come across a cockroach or two frequently but I will add when they were found they were dead, probably due to the constant spraying on managements part. I’ve also learned after being in other complexes that sometimes that’s just part of first floor living especially in Arizona. Now that I’ve returned I’m on the second floor and have experienced no bugs and no overwhelming or unnecessary noises. The new management is great and I really appreciate the communication with them. They’ve really been on top of everything with my unit and move in. This goes a long way for me being able to call my front office and actually being able to speak with someone. The renovations are great and the complex looks well more kept than the last time I was here! The ladies up front are also very kind and professional. No apartment is going to be perfect but for now I’m very happy and content with my decision to move back.
