It's actually pretty crazy I can't give this 0 stars. Do not even consider moving here. Here's why: 1. Maintenance requests are not completed for 30+ days, even if its leaking water pipes. (they claim due to being under staffed). 2. If they do see your request, if you have "Call to schedule entrance", they just cancel your request because they attempted to call you, but didn't actually call. 3. Rent goes up 20$ a month, then they take down their payment portal so you're required to pay by check, which they charge more that month. They upped rent 100$ in July. Now paying 1800$ for a 1 bedroom. 4. The main office does not pick up the phone if you call them, 5. Starting in February, water heater was broken and only worked maybe 2 days of the week, took 5 months to get a temporary fix. (This effected 2 entire sections of the complex) 6. Complex is infested with roaches 7. There was an assault in the complex out in one of the parking areas. Now most lights in the parking areas are out and do not turn on, pretty big safety concern there. If this doesn't turn you off from moving here, not sure what will. The only pro about these apartments is cheap laundry rooms with working machines. November Edit: About to move out, nothing has really changed. Water heater is fixed permanently it seems. Staff still don't answer the phone unless 1. you call them multiple times or 2. walk to the leasing office. Maintenance Requests are still not fulfilled unless you personally walk to the office to ask for it to be fixed. Submitted one for a leaking pipe back in June, wasn't fixed till September when I walked in and ask them to fix it. Also lights in parking lot still occasionally go out ever couple weeks. Still, wouldn't move here.

You better invest in some good noise cancelling headphones if you want to live here because the roaches that you can hear outside also live in the walls in places you can not kill them and will make a steady chirping noise the entire night through that will slowly drive you insane because you will never sleep through an entire night ever again

Non-smokers have absolutely no rights here. It was the saddest experience I’ve ever had renting and apartment. After moving into my unit and reveling in how nice and new everything smelled; they moved in a smoker under me. Every time he lit up, it went up my nose and my animal’s, too. This slob, if he has any parts of his lungs left, was completely and entirely protected by Greystar. Management refused to admit they smelled smoke (crooks) and therefore the problem was mine. All mine. I don’t honestly know how some in the property management industry sleep at night. Well. I’m happy that I sleep well.

We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $100 pet refundable deposit per pet. There is a $300 non-refundable per pet. Pet rent is $35 per month per pet. No weight limit, however, aggressive breeds are prohibited. Please call our Leasing Office for complete Pet Policy information.

What is the best way to communicate with the leasing office for faster and more prompt responses? I believe there is a shortage of leasing personnel in the property. Hoping the management company can address this issue!
