Just moved to Salt and my experience has been amazing. The staff here are awesome! The new mangment has been on it. Drew helped me with my lease and adjustments in a timely and professional manner. The property manger, Taylor, always asks about my experience and is very involved. I met a lot residents here and they are all so kind and very welcoming to have them as neighbors. Regarding the property, it feels so nice living by Tempe lake. It‘s such a big bonus to be able to have a safe and nice walk daily on the Lake and watch amazing sunsets. The inside of the community is luxurious which feels good especially when having guests. The pool and amenities are cleaned daily. The rooms are extremely spacious with high ceilings and can be decorated in so many ways. Overall very happy and blessed with my experience.

I had lived at SALT Tempe since June 2020, I recently left the community September 2022 due to an absolute inadequate leasing office. How any of the folks are gainfully employed I am shocked! They refuse to communicate, everyone likes to deflect problems of tenants. They are worse than used car salesmen. Greystar please take notice of this property! Your name and brand is too valuable to lose tenants who had been happy living at your residence for 28 months prior to the arrival of a new inadequate leasing office. This property is absolute trash. I would not recommend living here at all.

Save your headache find a better place this place is a joke whenever you want to come out they play with you and your statement checks . Find a better place no wonder it doesn’t even have 3 stars. I wish I can give 0

Hello, I am going to refrain from leaving a lengthy complaint in regards to the events that transpired over the past week with Salt's staff. I just need a member of management to contact me as soon as possible for a resolution before I file a fair housing complaint. I have tried to call and received no response multiple times and left a voicemail.

If you want to stay in an Air B&B yes they are. If you want to be a resident no they aren't. But rest assured as a resident you will put up with all the hell of living in a hotel including a pool that is always busy, parties in the hallways on any random days, trash in the hallways, and a fire alarm at any hour of the day at least twice a month!
