New management has turned this place around immensely these last few months. New amenities, power cleaning the white walls/floors of the complex, aesthetically pleasing murals, the works! Memory was a huge help in my leasing process. Leaning towards renewing my lease once it's up! :)

Bugs dirty dirty pool trash at the pool spots to sit are staind all the stuff installed is poorly installed so it falls apart the caulk on the bathtub is falling apart so there's Like a Grand Canyon size crack the toilets clogged up all the time the sink or water is always off Construction all the time don't move here literally the worst place to live

honestly place is a dump, been here for a few years now and it's been through so many owners I don't want to keep track anymore. Internet is barely usable so might as well get your own plan. It's slow and goes down regularly. Grounds aren't well maintained. Maintenance is slow or none existent. And to put some icing on the terrible cake when you call it just hangs up on you after the normal intro for calling a business. On the plus side, it's cheap and in a good location if you like to explore Tempe. Edit* it's no longer cheap they want around 1200 for a 1 bedroom not including utilities Edit #2* it's now 1500 for a single

Love Life

Worst place to live. I would walk into the kitchen and find five, six roaches during day time. I would find them inside the microwave as well. Room also wasn’t ready until three weeks after the start of my lease date and I didn’t get any notice for this. They told me on the day when I went to check in to my room.
