Worst apartment ever. My roommates and I reported that the floor was broken. After someone came to check it, they promised a supplier to replace it. After half a year, no one came to repair it. The apartment also asked us to charge us up to $6500 in compensation after we quit the lease, which is outrageous

I don’t know how else to get the attention of management. I have left 4-5 phone messages and emailed daily trying to reach the office as I have an emergency situation with the thief who lived in our apartment and skipped on another months rent. He swears that he paid but nobody will call me back to confirm or deny that claim by him.

I lived here for a year, I honestly really enjoyed it for the most part. As each apartment has their downfall so does this one. It has elevator issues sometimes, often pool drainage because of broken glass, non blackout blinds and if you have roommates non soundproof sliding glass doors.This place also has many great aspects as well. The rooms and giant windows are amazing, same with the very spacious balcony. Amazing amenities, especially their golf simulator, and a great location. Overall I was satisfied with my experience

I moved in recently and the tours i got were amazing and I got ALL of my questions answered!! The meeting spaces on the 7th floor they have in tower 2 are a great space for my studies. Everyone here is amazing especially Miracle and Sarah at the front desk!!
