maintenance is childish, cursing & kicking doors if you don’t open it. they also take MONTHS to acknowledge a task that takes 5 minutes to complete. front office is rude and unwilling to work with any issue you’re facing with the apartment or complex itself. i have no idea what these people care about but it definitely isn’t their tenants. we will not be renewing our lease after years of living here.

Beware of this place.They are currently breaking multiple leases illegally so that apt does not lose their funding for refi the bank loan. They are telling the residents this is illegal we are breaking your lease but we don't care. There is a arbitrary clause in the lease that you can't take legal action. So basically comply or be homeless. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY

The community was real nice when I first moved here in 2018, a year later Greystar took over and all the community in general started to decline: trees are dying, grass is not well maintained, irrigation is always with issues, gates are constantly broken. Greystar raised my rent from $850 to $1550 in 3 years. I wonder if that is even legal. Greystar is voracious and greedy.
