Can’t have a straight answer from anyone about a transaction that was done wrong than I was told to have a seat then the same from branch manager No problem is fix and was ask to come back few days later because one of the people is off???

Incredibly upset with Primeway. I have been a customer for 7 years and have used their after hours members service multiple times. Well my debit card stopped working today and I found out they no longer have a number to call after hours so there is no way for me to access my money. I will be leaving primeway because of this and pulling all of my money out of my account tomorrow.

For personal account you need $25 minimum to open a share savings and $25 for a free checking. Plus a valid form of ID and your social security number.

You have to make sure your online banking is set up. Once you log in just go to the top right tab above your account that says bill payment. Follow the instructions to set up. If you need further assistance go into one of their banking centers and a representative can assist you.
