You should live at Cortland or Camden, instead. I lived here for a year. The maintenance prior to move in was incomplete and they did the bare minimum to resolve any issues throughout the lease. There was obvious water damage in different areas of my apartment upon move in that they just used masking tape and painted over to “fix.” Also, you have to give a 60-day notice before moving out, which is somewhat reasonable. However, you’re charged the equivalent of one day’s rent per day you’re late giving notice (ex. give 30 or 31 day notice instead of 60, you are charged your full month’s rent as a penalty and it will increase with each additional day. They are charging me about $1400 for a late vacate notice.) You also have to pay to have your carpets cleaned upon move out on top of any other move out charges, even if your apartment is in impeccable condition. You’re better off living in a different community for about the same price and getting better quality appliances, design, maintenance, and treatment.
