Ive lived here for almost a year now, I hope this review helps someone looking to rent here. The hot water is shut off about once a week sometimes more. Sometimes your notified, sometimes your not. Sometimes the notifications are less than an hour, sometimes they’re not. The buildings are old and the air conditioning does not always work. The amenities are closed off to the residents more often than they are open. The hot tub has actually never worked. They gave up trying to fix it and filled it with concrete. The apartments themselves are the paint over it and hope they don’t notice kind of apartments.The grounds are kept up really well but don’t be fooled.. Office staff is super hard to reach and turnover is high, I didn’t have a working toilet for about half my lease…can’t tell you how many emails it took to get that taken care of. My rent will be raised 15% if I resign my lease with zero room for negotiation. I was encouraged to “take a look at the Arizona market” by the property manager when I asked if there was a more reasonable renewal offer and you definitelyyy should…I’m praying my work takes me elsewhere. If you do get in contact with the property manager regarding an issue you’ll get an unhelpful, robotic, “your issues are not my problem” kind of response. similar to the one that will inevitably reply to this review, (I would not be writing this review if I didn’t already call to try and “discuss my feedback”) I would like to update my post. My apartment has had an awful mold problem IN THE VENTS, I’ve created two work orders now over the last two weeks and no professional has been out to my apartment. My apartment REEKSSSSS like wet dirt. I constantly need 7 glade plugins plugged in 24/7 in my 730 sqft apartment to get any sleep it’s so bad not to mention obvious health concerns . See photos. If management does anything right I will update my review but so far nothing.

Issues with the phone. I had to get new manager to fix my rentcafe account. I guess something changed when the new owners took over.
Yes, we require all residents to have rental insurance with a minimum personal liability of $300,000. Residents are able to utilize their own renters insurance, or get a policy through our renter's insurance provider with plans starting at $18 per month
