My girlfriend was 8 months pregnant and they gave her an DIRTY DAMAGED apartment and it was the upgraded. Don’t move here unless you want your stuff stolen, I’m not kidding they broke into her apartment and stole her car. Apartment had their gate broke 4 times in 4 months. Pool was green for 2 weeks. They towed 3 cars today and someone was being taken away in an ambulance from an overdose at the gas station next door. The little old man in front Russel was screaming in the middle of the night because two homeless people were sleeping and peed on his porch furniture.

The maintenance guy Andy just did an excellent job fixing our toilet. He stayed way after closing till 9pm to make sure we had a working toilet. Most places would of made us wait till next day durring buisness hours. Glad Andy was here to save the day!

Andy the maintenance guy is the best and ONLY part of this property that is 5 STARS. He works hard and does great work! Respectful and friendly. Wish I could say the same about the Administrative or management but that’s not the case at all.

Place is horrible I would not recommend my home girl has had roach issues since she’s been here and she Is a very clean person! Walls are thin this is true! I could hear her neighbors arguing and heard every word clearly, the place is horrible. Her car has been broken into, because the homeless has easy access to get in! SMH it’s just horrible
