Do not live in this garbage. They did not fix a single broken thing when we moved in. Raised rent by 250$ 6 months after moving in lol. Roach infestation. New management is no better either. Still have not fixed our leaking shower a month after putting in the request. Even one of the bedroom doors doesn't even close since the day we moved in they haven't fixed it. Office tried to scam us when we signed our lease as well.

We moved in here in April - and our entrance door is still broken, the dish washer does not work, there are ROACHES everywhere all the time, and the A/C doesn't work. The apartment temperature is at 80°-100°F all day everyday, enough for a person to die of a heat stroke. And they do nothing about it, none of it. That is irrational, inhumane and just abusive of their tenants. And then they always expect rent on time, lol. The complex its a joke, we are disappointed, and frustrated... Stuck in a lease we can't get out off, paying $1500 plus in rent to live in a dump. It's simply disgusting. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Look, five stars seems like a lot when considering the reality of everyday life at Westmount at Downtown Tempe. But, the reality of the treatment you will receive from the staff here outweighs the issues of a super old structure and some less than perfect surroundings. The staff made accommodations for me that really put them out, just because they had genuine compassion for my unusual situation when my lease was not renewed, (because they could get $750 more with some renovations.) I had been there for 7 years, through all the ups and downs. I get it. Folks, if you want to be treated like a human, especially when in your saddest and most desperate of times, try this place out and you might just find that 'home' you're looking for. Thank you, Westmount staff. And, kudos to the head maintenance man with his helping and generous nature. May you all be blessed, and may the new resident of my old home be as happy as I was.

THERE'S A REASON THEY ONLY HAVE 1 STAR! This place is horrible!! They are a scam!! I've had my lease signed for months and less than two weeks before I'm set to move in they called me saying the unit I'm supposed to move into isn't available anymore and the only other units are an extra $500 a month!! They were unwilling to honor the lease I already had signed and they didn't return my $250 application fees! These people couldn't care less if they left me homeless or not all the care about is taking as much money from their tenants as possible. Do not give them another penny, you deserve better. *Update* To no one's surprise they didn't return the $250 this place is HORRIBLE

If you live here at "the tides" THERE ARE NO ACs on the PROPERTIES!!! They only have Swamp Coolers or as they call them "chillers" there's a big difference from the 2 and the ones we have will Never get oir apartments at 75° even if they are working perfect, FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! NO ACs in any of these apartments No ACS!!!!
