The staff in the gift shop was really rude. 2 women and a man. Its suspicious they wont allow photos to be taken in the gift shop, and only some of the t shirts have their name on it, nothing else is officially their merch. The keepers outside seem knowledgeable on the animals. However, the enclosures are SUPER small. The large cats seem super depressed, they dont even have grass. It's such a small enclosure and they're all alone. There's not enough space for them to be able to run. They have some Puerto Rican things on display, but the information regarding it is incorrect, and they dont have anything that says WHERE these artifacts came from. Theres no way to know if theyre legitimate or ethically sourced. As a Puerto Rican myself, this put a sour taste in my mouth. The reptile enclosures are super small as well, their walls were filthy. Didnt seem like it was cleaned very often. All in all, this place needs to be shut down. These animals deserve better.

Saw unexpected animals. Really nice zoo. Will be returning with the grandkids.

If you truly care about animals, you would stop visiting roadside zoos. The enclosures are smaller than your traditional zoo. Roadside zoos are not about conservation at all.

Sad animals every where. There was a goat screaming in labor and no employees in site. Kids are encouraged to throw peanuts at the animals in small cages. No enrichment, just concrete floors and steal bars. The gift shop is immaculate and very well stocked, telling me they have plenty of money to actually care for what they have, yet they don't.
