My partner and I have lived here for about a year and a half! Recently we have had to have some maintence done to the apartment, and the maintence people (particularly the manager Eric) are so prompt and friendly whenever they come by. The front office has also been friendly and brings in free food trucks and events regularly as well. I love living here! Thank you Cortland Staff! 😊

I've lived here for the past year, love my renovated 1 bedroom. The renovations feel like a house! Maintenance staff is awesome and Alexis in the office is the best!! So sad to be leaving! Highly recommend Cortland South Mountain!!

I've lived here for over 4 years, and love the staff and community. Whenever I have a question the front office is always available and gets back to me quickly, which is the same with maintenance - always very helpful! The common areas are always clean and kept updated (pool area is great) and since the pandemic there have been more food trucks/holiday events that everyone is welcome to join. I know rent has sky rocketed across communities in Tempe, but my rent is comparable with those nearby so I'm sticking around for another year.

I am currently in the stressful process of moving and wanted to be sure to take time out to praise the woman that assisted me in my tour. Samantha went above and beyond when answering all of my questions! She was extremely patient, friendly, and thorough through the entire process. The floor plans and decor were perfect! Of all the apartments I have visited so far, I am leaning towards this one! The service provided was everything so really appreciate it!
