The salesman wanted to charge us $500 to reinstall our excellent condition shower door for a small stand up shower. We said no, my husband did it before and will do it again if you can't lower the price. He did not move on anything in price. I also cofirmed that based on the shower door will there be lost space , the salesman said no. The installer showed up 20 minutes late, no call. I showed him where the bathroom was and he said he could not find the shower. Try walking into the bathroom and turning your head left. From then on he had an attitude because we had to show him where the shower was. Turns out the shower installation did add thickness and husband could not install old shower door properly, We took off stars in Bathfitter's review they sent us because of this. My husband got rid of the shower door. We figured since Bathfitter was not going to budge on price of anything, why would they send someone to fix this problem, right? Turns out, after our negative review they call and offer to send someone to try and put the door on free of charge. LOL Excuse me, door is gone and we went with a good old shower curtain. Going to pass on Bathfitter for future projects.

Bathfitters quality of service was great all employees were professional and Courteous from the phone call to the final installation . Installer and trainer Dan B. made sure the installation of the tub -N-tub and glass shower doors were properly installed that was the finishing touches that I needed for my bathroom upgrade. Bath fitter put in a new bathtub surround for me about a year ago. I was having trouble removing the drain plug so I could snake the drain. I called Bath fitter and spoke to Kim. She sent me a guy the same day. I couldn't believe it. The service technician Dan Karim arrived as scheduled. He was so professional and polite. He removed the drain plug in no time and showed me how to do it in the future. He also cleared the drain for me. And he gave me some tips on what products I should use to keep everything looking like new. Dan is an excellent representative for Bath fitter. Also I am so happy with the product Bath fitter installed. What a great company.
