They are out of business. Warranty is useless. Ripped off.

Got tub and shower installed in 2015, with lifetime warranty and guarantee.... they're out of business now in 2021. The corporate office would do nothing. We're just out of luck. Don't do business with Bath planet. Their customer service is awful, not standing behind their install. Grrrrrrrrrr.

The company that installed my shower is out of business. There are no contractors within a two hour drive area that are certified. There is a contractor an hour away that is "familiar" with bath planet that won't return my calls. I need grab bars installed and if anyone who is not certified or familiar with Bath Planet installs them, my warrantee is voided. So my warrantee is pretty much useless. And I spent so much money on this shower. Is there any contractor or business that is honest any more? This is so upsetting!

Hi Sterling, Vinegar should do it. Pour it in a spray bottle and spray on the glass, let it work on the calcium build-up for a couple minutes and then wipe off. Long term, you should look at getting some type of water softener, and you should squeegee the glass after every shower to keep the calcium from building up. As always, you're welcome to give us a call and we're happy to help.
