Just bought a mobile home here !!! 1yr later update should have read the reviews and looked elsewhere. The pool is always closed because they can't get lifeguards and when it is open it is from 11am to 8pm Two days after they cut grass they are telling you to cut it or they will Should have read the reviews 🙄

This place has been on the decline for about 6 years now while their rent increases and so do the nonsense write ups. As all of the older folks move out we get more and more traffic of unruly kids, inconsiderate adults and bad company. The pool side of the park used to be peaceful. Now we’re used to police sirens outside our houses, screaming and arguing. But god forbid you complain about that when your grass is an inch too tall. Stray cats everywhere, TONS OF FLEAS. But hey, get a “handyman’s special” trailer they’re flipping for a profit when the home should’ve just been torn down. Steer clear of this place, especially if you have children. These newer residents don’t stop for anything, let alone a child playing.

Absolutely not worth the lot rent. Not a great area. Front office is full of difficult people to work with. Always in a hurry to charge any fee they can.

I agree, I totally agree. There is nothing professional about this housing complex.
No the management has not changed. This is not a bad place to live, I have relatives that have lived here for over 10 years and I have been here for about a year. The people are great here and the staff except for the front office are really friendly.

Thank you! The place I wanted sold....and that is stupid high if I was these tenants or home owners I would look for a cheaper place to move my home to that would move it for free....I know multiple mobile home parks that do this even found one that is 295 a month....just saying stupid high
