any1 no what the current lot rent is? I no Sun Community Homes all around the USA ARE very expensive, wasn't sure if it was different seeing it is Toledo, but the ones in Michigan and Florida are ridiculous wasn't sure if Toledo was the same Thanks

Thank you! The place I wanted sold....and that is stupid high if I was these tenants or home owners I would look for a cheaper place to move my home to that would move it for free....I know multiple mobile home parks that do this even found one that is 295 a month....just saying stupid high

Lot rent is $549 a month plus water & trash so about $600 a month roughly.
