Raintree is not a park you would want to raise your family. Children in here are terrible and filthy mouthed too. Street lights don't work, and management and maintenance don't want to take responsibility to replace or repair them. Playground is also a huge mess.

Not worth it. The place can't keep a manager. All issues are taken out on the residents. The kids in the neighborhood run around till midnight if not later. The whole place needs to be shut down.
