Hopefully the new owners will get this place updated and do something about the cats. This place is the unwanted cat drop off spot for Toledo. Updated review... **The new owners, yeah, No! How do you end trash service and not send out a notice. Meanwhile u til a new trash services gets started bags of trash are being thrown in the street, or building up inside folks places. The contract with the water company was also ended without notice (nobody seems to know where these deposits went or the money left on the accounts). Was told they will start reading meters. Some places have no meters and alot of the meters don't even work correctly.. the new owners will NOT respond to calls, texts or emails. They are ignoring residents and just forward everything to the site manager who doesn't know anything either.** Being on a month to month lease, do not expect to just give a notice and move out. They will get into your account and take your money between the 23rd to 25th of the month. For the rent of the upcoming month.. DO NOT ADD MONEY TO YOUR ACCOUNT OR GIVE YOUR BANKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION!!! They will ignore you, but dip into your account and take your money! There is a sewage leak. That is spilling all over the ground!!! That too is being ignored!!

They fix nothing serious at all. Floor in bathroom caving in because of a leak they never fixed. The bathtub never drains, so had to shower elsewhere. Outlets sparked and smoked so couldn’t use those outlets. Fix all those problems and then it’s a decent place for sure
