I live out of town and had a scheduled appointment at 10 AM on a Wednesday. The service rep that does my area quit the company and not only did I not get a phone call to inform me that they wouldn’t be here, I was told there was nothing they could do to help me out since they had no one in my town working accounts for them. I called the corporate office and was told they would tell their manager to have their people do a better job.
