McKayla worked miracles under a very stressful environment with my screaming 7 yr old son. She explained to him what she was going to do and tried her best to calm him down. She was super patient with him and me. She gave my son multiple tries to mentally prepare himself for his blood to be drawn. She was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thank you, McKayla for being so understanding and being so compassionate with my son.

We just had to walk out because the lady working in this location (Tom Thumb-Addison) was absolutely rude, no manners and didn’t want to help us. We were at Quest Diagnostics yesterday on Forest and US75 and the staff was nice and welcoming.
