Sales person very nice. One of the two chairs ordered / delivered we are TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! Sounds like broken springs during reclining/ swivel and rocking movement. Seat cushion leather is baggy and loose. Chair is Junk and should be replaced.

We came here today 'just to look'. We have a Stressless sofa we bought years ago as we were moving here but where we purchased it doesn't have near the quantity Florida Leather Gallery has - this is awesome! So many styles to choose from in sofas and chairs. We ordered two chairs that will look lovely with our sofa. They have other brands of furniture too, we just feel Stressless is the best of all. Either way, they not only have a wide selection but the staff are wonderful and never ever pressure you. (I personally hate going in stores where they hover or follow you everywhere). We're very pleased with our purchase.
