Love the Community, pool is a true resort pool and the front off smelled like fall very warm and inviting. The staff 😃 and even willing to show us around, hard residents talking about the improvement. Looking to lease and will 3.2022, cant wait to see the remodeled apartments i heard such about..... This place has zero security the doors don't lock on the building. Break ins all the time. We can't even get mail anymore. Its unsafe to live here. Homeless sleeping in the halls.. Fights breaking out in front of the building. It feels really ghetto living here, before Calcap bought this place it was so much better. We had security 24/7 and the doors all locked. The maintence guy before Pablo was so friendly and helpful now you just feel intimidated to ask for anything.

The dryers dont work, there are roaches in the washing machines (and outside of them) and stove in my apartment doesnt work and I have tried to get someone to fix it and they do nothing. Just move somewhere else

Living here at the avenue 19 has been nothing but pleasant for me I've almost lived here about 6 years even this year the air condition went out and right away they went out and rented a generator until they can replace the whole unit and …Thank you for the review, Craig!
