Mike and his team were so awesome to work with, stayed on top of the situation that was unknown and worked until he found the answer, proved it out and then offered available solutions. There are many variables that determine whether a flooded home can be saved: the amount of water is one, even more important is the amount of time the water was in/around the home. Every situation is different!
Fires are mainly caused from dried leaves, faulty electrical wiring or equipment, unattended stoves and ovens, unattended candles, children playing with fire, flammable liquids, and careless smoking.
Mold can grow within 24 to 48 hours after water damage.
