I recently placed a service request for a few things and not only were the items taken care of right away but the maintenance man was great about cleaning up after himself and even asked if there was anything else we needed done while he was there. I love my apartment and the staff is fantastic!

We ended up living here a second time after covid changed our plans, not even looking at other places because we knew we would want to live there again. The office staff and maintenance stuff are the main reasons, they’ll go out of their way to be helpful and kind! The buildings are a bit older, but the units are being updated and landscaping is kept up on very well. Only reason we moved out was because we needed a yard :)

Our time at chandler meadows was great! Staff and maintenance are amazing and respond to requests in a timely manner.
