The "manager" Jentry Dion has no customer service knowledge what so ever, rude and disrespectful to customers requesting information, besides admiting to seeing the calls come in and refusing to answer. The fact that a "leasing agenct" as he called her, gave incorrect information is not my problem as the customer & instead of resolving my questions he proceeded to respond with an attitude and hung up the call. For an upscale building, WORST service ever!

I lived here for 2 years. The only complaints were 1- they took all the amenities away for the covid nonsense which now, and even then everyone knew wouldn't and didn't do anything except keep us from the amenities we were paying a premium for. 2- A really annoying and loud upstairs neighbor. (Get a 4th floor if you can; they don't care if upstairs tenants have kids). The steelyard staff did what they could to help, but ultimately, they jacked the rent way up, and the headaches weren't worth it. The place might have some downsides; location is definitely not one of them its an awesome place to be right downtown. Keep in mind there are some inconsiderate tenants. That trash piled up all over the community came from the people living there. I was thinking the cost of the units would keep out the riff raff. The people living at the complex make it horrible. The staff was always good and did what they could to preserve the place.

We find the Olympus Steelyard an ideal home. The staff is great. We have a delightful, diverse group of neighbors, all ages and ethnicities. We are long-term residents.

After a long journey of looking at multiple properties I am glad to call the Steelyard my home! When I arrived I was greeted in the lobby by Elijah who has been a huge help during this process. The other residents are very friendly and I cant wait to meet more of them. When I took the keys and got to my unit I was impressed by how clean and maintained it was. I would defiantly recommend this property to anyone. The other thing I like is how close you are to the main building and other amenities. I am also looking forward to the events that they have on site. Bring on the heat and new adventures!
