She's always so personable, remembers you by name not just apartment numbers, is beyond helpful and always has a smile on her face. Much appreciation for everyone in the office for making living here the last 3 years here great!

Hello Kellie, I'm sorry to say I'm not happy with the AC unit not being fixed today. I'm not sure if you know about the situation. Friday night my AC unit went around 10:30pm. I put in a maintenance request through the app. Saturday morning around 10am I went to the leasing office and personally informed Leslie Graham about my AC unit not working. Mr. Graham assured me that maintenance will be on their way to fix the problem. I had called the office every hour to get an update as to when the maintenance guy was coming and the temperature in my apartment is above 87 degrees. maintenance guy showed up around 1:30pm and looked at the unit for 2 hours and left without saying any about the AC unit. Needless to say, AC unit was not fixed. I called the leasing office again to see if I could spend the night in a vacant unit with AC. That was shot down. I called to see if you guys would put me up in a hotel until my AC unit got fixed and again I was shot down. By this time I received an email from Mr. Graham that a third party would be here today from 12:00-2:00pm and no one showed up. I have been here all day waiting on these people. It would have been nice to know who is this third party company name and number so that I can call them to see what's the hold up or if they even plan on showing up today. But again, no information that I need was ever given to me. Keeping me in the dark. Not happy at all. Today is July 5th at 4:50pm, finally the third party contractor (Ground Zero) showed up to fix the AC unit.

Susan Cascio went above and beyond what I've encountered when dealing with leasing offices. Very friendly and not in the fake "I will say anything to get you to lease with us" kind of way. Any questions that I had after the tour she has been quick to respond which I appreciate! All the reviews mentioning Susan are true, she really is that nice!

The staff is super friendly. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and staff was always friendly. That's the one perk to living in this apartment. Apartment appeared clean when we first moved in, but roaches started to appear all over the place. We eventually got them under control (without an exterminators help) by using roach bait. We asked several times for a more extreme extermination for the roach issue and our request would be pushed off because they were getting "a better bug guy". Thin walls. Paying rent is always a hassle because the website would give error messages while trying to pay on the due date, resulting in late fees, which I had to pay several times even though this was an error on their part. When new tenants move in you can tell they just paint over everything to make it appear clean without actually wiping anything down. For the quality of these apartments the rent price seems a little ridiculous.
