I have been coming here for 3 years and normally they have the best customer service but today all new people. I called in my order for pick up they told me 25 minutes and when I arrived they said I never called and placed a order, no apologies or options to try and fix this issue. Super sad because they have great pizza. Miss the family workers......

Been here a couple times. Located in a small strip mall with limited parking. The 1st time food wasn't ready when promised while ordering online. The second time foodbwas ready but when I checked the food and asked about the 2nd order of wings the young lady said "eh". What in the hell does "Eh" mean when in asked about my order. After checking my order I found I only received one order of 12 wings when I had ordered two orders of 12 wings. Tried to explain the problem to her and she seemed confused. I had to show her the receipt and the 12 wings... she was still confused. I then counted only 12 wings in my order. Manager came over and said 12 more wings coming right up. The pepperoni pizza was good amd so were the wings. I was annoyed by the response of the worker responding to me with "eh".

I’m always looking for local places and I was hoping this one would be a five star. Unfortunately, it was not. Online delivery from the website was not working. Had to call in and even though it was half a mile from our house, it was over the hour estimate. On top of that, the pizza was just okay. Not the worst ever, but I feel like I would have saved myself the trouble if I had just made an oven pizza.The wedges were soggy and inedible. The buffalo wings were the best part of the order, sauce was a sweeter buffalo with kick. They were a bit dry on the inside but cover it with enough sauce and I could forgive them that.

Meatball sandwich is mediocre. Bread was missing any kind of flavor. Meatballs were sliced and did not get very many. Price was there best thing.
