Rent is going up and quality is going down. Common areas are very dark at night. There are grills but in a pitch dark you can’t grill. Nobody wants to visit you because its so complicated to get in and out of this complex. The Jacuzzi is broken most of the times. Printer is always out of inks. Lately no coffee cups by the coffee maker in the lobby. Strong switch smell in the hallway! Not many parking is available for visitors. You have to pass 6 gates to walk around your own complex. Highway noise! Slow elevators. But close to Target & Costco

I lived here for over a year and ultimately decided not to renew because I genuinely felt uncomfortable with any interaction with the office staff because they were just rude. Any concern I had they didn’t take seriously.When I originally went to tour the place they were extremely nice. After I picked up keys it was total different story. Judging from the reviews they don’t have a lot of recent ones which Is odd so here I am. I had neighbors whom lived below me who would blast there music all hours of the day and night it would shake my floors. It went on for months before I expressed my concerns. They just said call “courtesy patrol” so it could be documented. I did that once and nothing changed. They came to my apartment one day to hear the noise themselves and one of the office members stood in my kitchen and said “oh wow my feet are shaking” and they proceeded to go down stairs to tell them to turn it down I guess. The music stopped for maybe 5 minutes and it was back in full force . I gave up and tried to start studying in the office area because it was quite. But it seemed like every time I went down there they conveniently were renting it out and I had to leave as soon as I sat down. I fully understand there’s going to be noise but these apartments are far from sound proof. Hearing people below you and not the ones that live above you,is crazy. Every time someone went up and down the stairs or opened the door I could here it. Honestly, for the amount of money they charge for rent it wasn’t worth it to me to stay. I could never here my tv,and it was hard working from home with all the noise. I could never sleep but if you’re not a light sleeper then you’ll be fine. The best part about this place was definitely the gym. Never to busy and they have a lot of equipment to use. The treadmills do break a lot though. As far as the other amenities only went to pool once. As previously stated the office study areas were always rented out from my experience every time I went down there. Therefore I didn’t get much use out of that either. Maintenance was great and fixed everything I needed.

Amazing community and location! There is very high accessibility to Target, Costco, and the Chandler Mall. I had rented here for almost 1+ years and have nothing but positive reviews about this place. Also, the maintenance team is super quick in resolving the issues in no time. Only Con I found: Its about the flooring/ceiling because of which you can hear loud stomping noise from the tenants above.

Amazing place to live if you are looking for a luxury apartment complex. I have been here since May of 2019 and just resigned another year and a half lease. Management team is stellar. Anytime I need anything Kait is always able to help me. Maintenance requests are always completed quickly and they are flexible with my schedule. The amenities are gorgeous and community is overall quiet with no issues. Would absolutely recommend.
