I was thinking about checking this place out but now im not so sure.... Reading all the reviews I feel highly discouraged. Do they still have maintenance issues? Are the patio doors broken? Is the bathroom tile still cutting people? I like the area

I would NOT live here. I’m currently in a lease and once it’s up I will be leaving. I will have been a 2 year resident and that means nothing when it comes to customer service.

I’ve been here since this place has opened and recently it has gone to the slums. I absolutely cannot wait to move. But if you’re looking for marijuana parties, fist fights, domestic disturbances, filthy hall ways, nasty garbage bin areas, and mediocre living conditions just so that you can live near the mall - Avant Fashion Center is just the ‘hood for you. I admit, I currently live in the worse part of an upscale ghetto.
