We have beeen here for a couple years and ever since this new management team has gotten here its gone straight downhill. There is Graffiti all over the complex. Our vehicles are being broken into and gas being stolen from our cars. Nobody picks up after there pets anymore Trash is all over the complex All 3 pools and gym shut down for almost a year until 2 weeks ago Storm damage not repaired for over 3 months Stray cats being fed and destroying my vehicles with soft tops Glass in the parking lot and driving areas along with people flying through the complex. Loud discriminating music being played Drunken fights at night When I addressed management I was told we can't tell people how to live there lives and when I asked the manager what is going on and why is there such a huge decline in security and mass exodus of the complex, he crossed his legs and folded his arms and said he didn't have to answer that question. When I told him my wife was confronted by another tenant all he said was "okay" It has gotten so bad, that the complex is over half empty and you can park anywhere now when before there was nowhere to park. I pay 1700 a month for a one bedroom and we are so unsafe. Sad part is that it's that we have a nice apartment and a good location, but it is no longer safe here. You can look this up to verify that a maintenance man was arrested and convicted this last week for sexual charges against a young boy. This must be the culture for CWS management company because I've called them over a dozen times and left messages with no response which explains the managers attitude here of not caring about anything but money and trying to fill the empty apartments. If you value your life and family stay far from here, cannot wait to move out.

I'm a little disappointed with these people here. There are more than 10 days try talking to the manager about a vibration and a sound that is coming from apartment 1087 and coming into my apartment. Nobody cared and nobody came to check it out. I'm sleeping with a plug in my ear because the vibration is strong. I spoke with Taylor and also with Hilda and nothing was resolved yesterday send an email to try to schedule an appointment to check this no one responded. Think the management of this condo is sleeping. If this is not resolved unfortunately I will ask for exemption from the fine and break the contract. Unfortunate

I must admit that with our new management things look brighter. Have been a resident for some time and have seen various turnovers with management. Staff now is very friendly and requests are addressed in a reasonable time frame. Thanks Taylor for your professionalism and welcoming demeanor. Thank you to the maintence staff and office staff who work very hard.

Hi Mia, To my knowledge no. Mgmt doesn't provide much info when it comes to that. Every time I had an issue after hours or on the weekends, I was told maintenance didn't work on those days nor after hours. Please my former post regarding this apt complex. It looks like a nice place to live but there's more to it once you become a tenant when it comes to renewing your lease and the issues you may come across the longer you live there.
