I'm surprised no one's talking about how the buildings used to be powder sugar white but have faded to beige. They used to pop out and make you take a 2nd look like the Apartments across the street(Arista)now the building isn't noticeable and a sad color.

We love the location. Its great for walks with the kids and close enough to the freeways. Both pools and the splash pad are awesome in the heat!! We haven't really used the gym much but they have 2 with a variety of machines that appear to always be working. The dog park is big and the other side of the complex has a dog washing station. There is a little play area for the kids too. The staff is super friendly and maintenance is quick to fix an issue when I put a work order in. My only suggestion are speed bumps or a sign to slow down in the parking lot... there are also bbq areas spread around, some look like they might need a little fix up. 😀 The actual inside of the apartment is huge and we LOVE our porch!

Have definitely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because of overall price and location, but this was when amenities were actually accessible. Used to enjoy movie nights in theater room but that was closed for longest time, filter for water purification bottle refill station has been glowing red for I don't know how long, plus I'm not sure the cleaning is really conducted as regularly as it should. Club house is no longer available and/or has some silly restrictions so just not sure why we've had to pay for these things all this time if they haven't been open for use and/or maintained in the manner they should. Really hope things turns around here or would definitely rather pay the little extra for the better overall quality. (not even gonna go into front office staff; Kia is definitely missed)
