Very average of an apartment considering the price. Made me take chairs off my balcony? mandatory trash valet charge?? The dumpster was a 10 second walk for me.. I found several cockroaches in my apartment. Its very over priced for what they offer. Very limited guest parking. THIN walls, I heard my neighbors every day /night. Its clear that Sky's upper management cares more about money in their pockets than resident satisfaction.

Moved into the apartment at the start of COVID and moved out in January 2022. Everything started off great, the office was so nice and helpful even during quarantine. My wif and I loved it here. The amenities are amazing. Everything changed when someone movd in upstairs though. We learned that the walls are paper thin and you can hear every noise coming from your neighbors. We figured it was apartment living and tried to live with it. One night there was screaming in the middle of th night so the next day we called the office and they would tell us the next time it happened to call courtesy patrol. So we did th next time, and no one answered. We called every night for the next week and never heard anything back from courtesy patrol. My then pregnant wife started to suffer from anxiety and depression due to a lack of sleep. She saw a doctor and the doctor said that since she was pregnant she couldnt be started on medications and it would be best to leave. We had a doctor's note and they still expected us to pay a major lease break fee. Lorna in the front office was incredibly rude and uncaring. She said that the doctor is only getting our side of th story and not the apartments so its unfair for us to expect to leave without consequences. She would also roll her eyes at us when we called her to listen to the upstairs noises. Ultimately we started sleeping at my parents house just to get some rest. Overall I would love to go back if the management even cared about the health and well being of their residents. P.s. before they type back, we have emails and recordings of the noisey neighbors. If an ipad can record the sounds of people screaming in the apartment above you, its bad sound control.

I first moved to Sky in March 2019, RIGHT it first opened, and I absolutely loved it. I was sad to leave when I moved out of state the following year. I returned to Chandler in November 2021. I had looked at other apartments, but ultimately decided to go back to Sky because of the amazing amenities and competitive rental rate. I am so happy I came back to Sky because I've had such a good experience here. I really appreciate the management because it seems like they always try to keep everything looking beautiful and clean. All the amenities, the pool, fitness center, etc. are spotless in my experience. This is something I REALLY appreciate because the last apartment I lived in was the exact opposite, and now that I'm back at Sky, I am so grateful that they have such an awesome maintenance staff. I have never had any issues with maintenance or with management, and I would not hesitate to recommend this complex to anyone.

We lived here 2020-2021 the building was new when we moved in so there were very few reviews, only ones cautioning about bugs and the frequent towing of cars. We decided to move in and take our chances. On the day of move in, the Management was horrible, they were so rude and difficult to work with. Our time there was fine, as long as you stick to the (very strict ) rules they won't bother you. HOWEVER when we moved out they hit us with a $1,178 charge because they said they needed to replace the carpets, get a new stove top and paint the entire apartment. The carpets had normal wear, the "stain" literally just dirt is from my S/O moving their feet under their WFH desk. No pets, no children, just out feet walking on the carpet. They claimed that they needed to replace the stove top due to discoloration, again normal wear and tear from actually using something. We took great pride in our apartment and always kept it clean, paid rent on time, and never got a noise complaint. When I enquired about the fees, management stated that because everything was brand new when we moved in, and we are expected to return the place how we got it, everything had to be brand new when we moved out. This is unrealistic and ridiculous. So you can expect a $1,200 fee after your move-out inspection. Even if the place is in good condition.
