We had an excellent stay at Ocotillo Bay Apartments. Right from the initial inquiry the staff were helpful. Toni in particular explained everything clearly, conducted a fair walk through of the apartment before letting and all through the let was extremely helpful with her fantastic sense of humor. Our one bedroom apartment was plenty big enough for two people, well equipped and in good condition. Overall the complex is clean and tidy. Finally the office staff were helpful agreeing to two lease extensions we requested and facilitating a smooth end of lease when we left.

Very high monthly-rent considering old building and its facilities. + Carefully review your lease agreement! Rental concessions are already included in the listed monthly-rent (I didn't notice when I chatted with the apt manager via email). It means that, if you early-terminate the lease, you have to pay back the rental concessions upon moving out.

Over A month. Ago I let 2 maintenance people know this roof tile was barely hanging on and a very long roof nail is sticking out of it. It happens to be right above the walkway to my door. Nothing was taken care of. I went into the office and let the new mgr know and she advised me to always tell the office so they can put a work order in for it as it can slip the maintenance workers minds. I showed her a pic of it. She put notes in computer. I recieve an email the other day with the maintence order was complete and how was the work…… well based on the pictures you can see that it still hasnt been fixed/removed and the order was closed as completed. You would think this would be an urgent matter to fix so nobody gets hurt. This is also not the first time we have put work orders in for nobody to show up and office says it shows completed in their system. Again the maintenance guys are very nice and when they do come to help they get the jobs done, but there needs to be a better system to ensure things are completed and in a proper time frame.

This place is great! It feels very grown up. the management team is always on top of it. I absolutely love living here. Love my location, the customer service here is great. The gym is beautiful! 100/10. Ask for Tanya & Toni at the front office and you’ll be in good hands like All State, are you in good hands?
