Never in my 10 years of living in this have i ever had to deal with such disrespectful workers. I went to the pool with friends but the only thing was they opened at 4 but when we got there at 4 they said they weren't gonna open till 4:45, but when the workers friends came them let them in at 4 but had us wait outside in the sun till 4:45. And then on top of that when you call for a maintenance request it takes them 2-3 days just to come to your apartment. My dishwasher wasn't working so we asked to get one replaced they said it wasn't for " decoration. " How rude could you be to your tenants. They will also charge for your pets. They charge 300 to 500 for animals.

I wrote this review about two months ago and the manager reach out to me and assured me that she was going to take care of the noise issues (loud music), and yet nothing was done and same issue has been happening .Its 12:00am 04309/22 and my lousy neighbor at apart A1 still do not care if the loud noise affects other neighbors or not. FYI my neighbor in apartment B1 has just moved out few days ago because her family could not survive the loud noise from our neighbor at apartment A1. "I will not recommend this Apartment to anyone!! See my reasons below. 1, One of my neighbors are the type that would party 7days in a week with loud music, running back and forth on the stair ways ,screaming and smoking weed, regardless of the Time. ( Always at night when my family is trying to sleep).I have tried talking to the neighbor but , they ignored me and I had to involve the management on several occasions and nothing was done about it. It’s even worst compared to the previous weeks. Someone even suggested I write a noise complaint and I did and submitted to management. After so many sleepless nights I went again to the management just for me to realize that the complaint I submitted was thrown into the trash just few mins when I exited the office. There was no trace of the complaint "

We currently live in the apartments, trying to move to a three bedroom, we waited so patiently for two months; we got approved and was told by a guy coming to check out current apartment, we have called and left voice messages and no one knows what they are talking about. Was told they had no clue who we were and theres was no applications, then we were told oh never mind we found it days later. After put the applications and paid the fees. There is so much miscommunication, on their part. Even after my roommate spoke to manager and she said she has no clue what she was talking about or what was going on because it was not her case. We paid the transfer fee and security deposit at the office, it is literally days before we move, and was told we need to pay security deposit. Why were not told day we went to pay everything? We didnt even get a letter saying we got approved until today, days before we move. We called so many times to see when we can sign the lease, no one ever calls back. Cause we all cant go same day, yet here we are. I was told today we all get emails to sign the lease. It is 6:28pm on a Saturday and surprise no email. This is soooo unacceptable, let not forget the roaches, we have cleaned, and put bug killer, they dont die. Lets not forget the mold they found behind the walls. Avoid this place. They have no clue what there are doing, our consultant is Joel Figueroa. He can not explain anything properly, took someone else to apologize and to properly explain things.

Please do NOT MOVE IN!!! The rental office never answers, there's always banging coming from the outside because all the walls are thin. There holes in the floors, people leave the trash outside the shoot having the whole floor smelling of trash! Do NOT LET THE DONALDSON GROUP FOOL YOU!
