I do not recommend these apartments at all. The leasing office and management is neither helpful or sympathetic to your needs. Had several incidents occur on this campus that made me feel unsafe. Half of the equipment in the gym was broken, the club room is only open from 9-5. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this property.

2022 UPDATE: We have been living here for a year now and overall the apartment is fine but the neighborhood is sketchy at night. My partner got her license plates stolen in the middle of the night while we slept right in the parking spot she parks everyday! So anyone moving here BEWARE there are no surveillance systems to monitor any suspicious or illegal activity and we have seen alot of shady people walking and driving around here at night blasting music or just sitting in their cars with tinted windows. Keep your belongings secured.

I love being apart of the Arcadian community. I feel safe and the staff and members of the community are very friendly. One of the staff members, Ashley, has always been super helpful to meet any needs I may have and her response time is amazing. I never have to wait long for any maintenance issues or answers to questions I may have. I am so impressed with this community that I have decided to stay a while longer. Thank You, Arcadian for your amazing and effortless works to providing a wonderful living atmosphere for all your residents.

I haven’t even moved in yet, but I’m extremely impressed. The staff is total and complete AWESOMENESS!!! Courtney, Keith, Zara, & the property manager Melrose exceeded my expectations. The grounds of the property are well maintained and the units are remodeled like an episode of HGTV’s Property Brothers. The rental application process was easy and efficient, the amenities are to die for. All the maintenance staff is friendly. The leasing staff appears to know all the tenants on a first name basis. If you are looking for a great community with a sense of camaraderie, this is the place 👍🏾
