It’s the first apartment I’m renting and had no idea what to do but Jessee was amazing. He was so patient throughout the whole process and I really appreciate that. I don’t know yet what to rate this apartment but I can’t post this review without a rating so the rating here is not representative of what I think of the apartment. I’m being honest about Jessee because he really was very helpful.

Well I should have listened to the reviews! Quickest move in and out in my life. I was to move April 1 2022. Move in and out with in 2 hours!!! The apartment was not up to par or ready for me to move in after getting my keys, it was not freshly painted entirely. Just looked like it was spot painted. Dirt and hand prints on the walls, paint Splatter on the kitchen and bathroom floors, dirt and dust on top refrigerator, dishwasher dirty, grim around the floor trim of the bathroo!!!! Jessee the senior leasing agent was great from day one! Very professional, friendly and wonderful customer service attributes. I told Jessee of the problems with the unit, he immediately walked over took photos, and was very apologetic about everything. He tried to make things right. He offered 2 other units that were more expensive, however those units where just as bad and not 100% ready either. Ugghh what a huge inconvenience for me as I was packed up and ready to move in. I cancelled my lease immediately. I had a conversation with the manger to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment. She was the worst person I have ever met. She was ready for a fight as she entered the room with her arms crossed and head tilted to the side body language read bring it on. My opinion she reminded me of an uneducated, unprofessional, indifferent, nasty person in a power position as the complex manger. Shame on Orlo for having such a person in charge of things. You should fire her and put Jessee in charge of you want to save your reputation for current and future residents. Trust me doni move to this place!!!!

First apartment had roaches everywhere next apartment lock got stuck and wont let my key turn and maintenance refused to help. We were told to call a locksmith and pay out of pocket for a lock that came with the apartment on a door that that they haven't fixed that was kicked in by police .Management is terrible they lie to you and act like they do not care NOT WORTH THE RENT THEY ARE CHARGING. Maintenance doesn't do no work they just ride around on a golf cart all day . WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. IF CONSIDERING DON’T, NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE. I Cannot wait to move.

I just moved over the weekend, but so far I am liking what I see. I REALLY like my apartment, and the few neighbors that I have seen are all nice. I have to give a BIG shoutout to Jessee in the Leasing Office. I had an issue with a previous apartment complex who really screwed me over. I put in an application for the apartment on Tuesday evening, spoke to Jessee on Wednesday morning, and I was approved for my apartment on that Wednesday afternoon!!! Jessee was kind, helpful, and professional. I highly recommend Woodvale Apartments, and ask for Jessee!!!!
