Living here for a year. Front office is awful. They don’t remember clients at all, I was literally a new face each and every time. They did not take any notes or jot down any details during meetings. Gave them benefit of the doubt, didn’t want to tell anyone how to do their job until it became a problem. Blatant disregard for a resident that was trying to stay in the community and upgrade my unit. I sent multiple emails and calls and heard nothing back. I had to track down a phone number to get to corporate just to be heard. Will update this post if/when issues are resolved but my impression of the Glenmont office is tarnished. Directly dealt with Jenifer to no avail. Requested to speak to her boss Sani and she wouldn’t even talk to me directly when I called. We had a conversation through her assistant yelling what I was saying and waiting for a response, disrespectful unprofessional. All that and still no follow up from them. Philly phone number gets routes to a third party call center who have no direct contact with Aion. Literally had to call corporate NY phone number of Aion investments just to get my complaint off. Glenmont deserves 0 stars for front office and customer service in my books. Units are spacious and ok overall minus numerous complaints over mice. The bldg seems to not do much proactivity toward pest control though they say they try.

This place is really incredible… rent was raised, utilities added, and now instead of the 6$ inconvenience fee to PAY RENT, it is now 40$… but no improvements have been made, there is very much so still a problem with bugs and mice.

If I could rate no stars I would! We are a military family, so we have lived in our fair share of places and these apartments have by far been the worst. We chose the apartments as a last resort as we had very short notice before arriving here and it already started badly before we moved in. We were originally supposed to move in to a first floor updated apartment with wood flooring then on our way to the apartment we got a called that there was a leak and they were moving us to a new apartment. Upon arrival we were shown our new apartment which was completely outdated, all carpet, missing appliances such as a microwave and not on the first floor which was a must for us. A few weeks later we were then faced with an ongoing mouse problem that maintenance has done nothing about. The newest problem it there computer system is getting remodeled so you can’t pay rent online, they pushed the late fee date so you won’t get charged late fees until the 8th but unfortunately they weren’t able to get the computer system up in time so they said there is nothing they can do about it accept force us to pay the late fee. Even though the problem is on their end!

The slowest remodeling ever. Hopefully it’ll worth the wait.
Yes, you should only make an appointment with someone who does speak Spanish!
