horrible. the front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional. the doctors great but them??? this experience was THE WORST. i am so disappointed and disgusted with these ladies.

Front desk receptionist are so rude. Hung up the phone on me after saying my doctor was unavailable for 3months (which is understandable it was summer) and when I asked for a reference for somewhere else they just hung up. I Will not be returning. Definitely other obgyns in the area with better over all services.

I saw Dr Gayle Skinner for a basic well woman exam and to discuss some symptoms and get blood work. The scheduling process was easy, that's the only positive. Dr Gayle was so abrasive with me I actually wondered if she got bad news before walking into the room. She dismissed my symptoms by gaslighting me and was very condescending about my concerns. She refused to run the blood work for the panels I wanted based on my research and then she argued with me about antidepressants, but a gyno isn't qualified to recommend psyc meds. The entire experience was frustrating because I had to schedule an appointment elsewhere for the panels I needed. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
