I lived here when Management 1st switched over to the guy and he is legit the worst landlord I have ever came in contact with. He treated my biracial daughter like complete trash and even called her the N word at one point in time because of her so called behavior. She came home from the park and told me what the guy said and I lost it... I do not recommend renting from him, unless you have a high tolerance for ignorance. They deserve 0 stars for Management alone...

Omg. THE WORST property management I have ever seen in my life. And the other tenants are mostly trash. Proceed with caution and lots of sanitizer.

The apartments are nice and affordable for what they are, the building manager is pretty bad but that's really the only downside
