The Blair apartments are clean, safe and priced accordingly to the area. Many of the units have been upgraded and many are a little dated. I live in a unit that is a little dated but it meets all of my needs perfectly. The reason I chose to move to the Blairs was not for the ease of commuting or the ease of shopping (albeit all great bonuses) I decided to move here because of the people that work at the Blairs. The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and very respectful. Even the outside contractors that the Blairs hires are like minded with the way they approach the tenants. Everyone is very Kind. The walls here are not thin, I do not hear my neighbors and hopefully they do not hear me. I did hear the person above me ( maybe working out or something) But that is no longer the case after I made it known to the building manager. If you like people that are kind, friendly and quiet this is a place for you.

Took a tour of The Pearl and the Blairs. Matthew was our Sales Associate. We waited almost a half an hour for him to arrive at The Pearl even though we had an appointment. The security man (he was very nice!) helped us hunt him down. When Matthew arrived he gave a bogus excuse and seemed unprepared for a tour. A couple of weeks later, and several excuses as to why my calls were not returned, we toured The Blairs. Again, he was not there waiting for us. We had to ask the lady at the desk who acted like we were disturbing her, poor unfriendly attitude. He finally showed up 20 minutes late just to tell us that he can't show us what we were there to see. I had just confirmed two days before and again with the excuses that all the 2 BRMS were spoke for THAT quickly after being told several units were open. Basically wasted my time when all he had to do was text me saying he couldn't show, but instead wasted out time with lateness and more excuses.

I’ve lived here for just over a year and have been pleasantly surprised. I’m in Blair east so my experiences don’t necessarily reflect other blairs buildings. The leasing agent Omer was very accommodating and responsive. The apartment is large and well-lit. It’s clean, maintenance issues are addressed quickly, and the building is fios-compatible so awesome internet. Our rent is relatively low considering the location, but I do understand prices have gone up since we moved in. When it came time to renew, the conversation with accounting lasted for maybe a minute, and then our lease renewal paperwork was sent. Same rate for another 18months. I’ve had to deal with very frustrating rental companies so this has been a very nice experience. The biggest downside is the fire alarm which literally is one piercing noise and doesn’t stop and my ear drums physically hurt if I don’t have headphones on.

I took a tour of the Blair’s a few months ago and Nick the realtor working for them is a seemingly nice guy, but in reality is not what he seems. When I first walked in I was greeted and treated professionally, but that soon changed. After being shown a floor plan of the unit I would be looking at, we walked to a nearby building that was part of the Blair complexes. Once inside, I spent a full twenty minutes waiting in the downstairs lobby as Nick went upstairs to grab the key to the room. After being told multiple times that he is a licensed realtor and that he legally cannot lie to me, I was shown a completely different apartment than the one I was told I would be touring. His reason for taking so long to get the key was, “oh yeah I went upstairs and the entire drawer of keys wasn’t labeled. I had to try every single key on the door to figure out which one it was. Sorry dude.” Furthermore, in doing more research I came to find out that the apartment I was shown actually had a higher rent than the room I was told I would be touring. Anyone reading this should beware the Blair’s and in particular beware Nick the realtor.
