This is by far best car stereo installation shop that I have ever been to! Previously, I had another shop install a new head unit and amplifier into my SUV. They failed to reconnect my Onstarr system and didn't even ask me if I wanted it to be reconnected. I felt like after spending almost $2000.00 dollars, they should have at least asked.Further, after spending half a day there, the radio actually sounded worst and the tech seemed to be experiencing difficulties connecting the Onstarr system. I was further told that FM stations weren't investing in their signals,(thus the distorted sound) I just politely gave up on the shop. Later , I contacted DSP and spoke with Eddy.This was around closing time(usually folk turn into Fred Flinstone around this time...lol) He patiently listened to me, and I felt very comfortable giving him my business. When I brought my vehicle in for service, he conducted an intensive diagnostic process, and was able to get the Onstarr system reconnected. He also explained his whole process to me. I brought my vehicle back for a second appointment, where he replaced my antenna cable(this solved the radio problem)and I had him to install a lightning system. I was extremely satisfied with his professionalism. Let me also add that Jessica, who scheduled my appointment, and greeted me warmly when I arrived, was absolutely fantastic! My only regret is that I didn't bring my vehicle here first! I called back and spoke with Jessica, who scheduled my appointment . Jessica sounded very friendly and professional over the phone by the way. On appointment day, I was greeted warmly, briefed on how they would proceed in solving my problem.
